Qualifications:

Currently live within a 40 mile radius of Norwood Young America 1 year minimum climbing experience 1 year minimum Aerial lift experience ISA arborist preferred but not required Good understanding in tree care safety standards Knowledgeable in intermediate and advanced rigging techniques Good communication and leadership skills with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentoring Attention to detail Customer satisfaction Valid drivers license Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Ability to obtain CPR certificate Ability to lift 80lbs.

Responsibilities:

Safely perform all removal and pruning tasks per work order efficiently to company and customer satisfaction Display Positive attitude and teamwork Assessing job site safety and recognizing work hazards Inspect and assess tree health, risks and provide recommendations Tree Identification Equipment Maintenance such as chain saws, blowers, trucks, and trailers. Climbing and rigging inspection
