Tree Care Estimator / Sales — West Suburban Tree Care West-metro tree service is looking for one sharp, driven person who knows tree work and wants more than a paycheck. If you can size up a removal, use basic technology to quote and track your sales, and follow through instead of letting jobs slip — let's talk. This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just grunt work. It's both. You'll bid jobs, run equipment, and own the work from the first call to final cleanup. Hustle is required. An organized mind matters even more. The right person grows with the company — and earns like it. What you'll do Meet homeowners on site, size up the job, and accurately quote it — removals, trims, storm damage, stump grinding Sell across all our services: tree care, stump grinding, mowing, and snow Close the deal and follow up until it's a yes or a no Track your jobs and sales in our software (we'll teach you the system) Hand off clean job notes to the crew so there are no surprises What you need Real tree knowledge — you can identify species, spot hazards, and know what a job actually takes Comfortable using an app to quote and track your work Friendly, and easy for homeowners to trust Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Eligible to get a CDL if you don't have one (current CDL a plus)
Pay:
Competitive base plus uncapped commission. Company truck provided. The harder you close, the more you make. Serious inquiries only.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
