Open Positions Groundspersons & Equipment Operators Support tree crews, assist with rigging and brush handling, operate chippers and saws. ✔ No experience required — paid training provided Tree Climbers Perform technical pruning and removals using climbing systems and aerial lifts. ✔ Climbing / rigging experience preferred Certified Arborists & Crew Leaders Lead crews, manage job sites, communicate with clients, enforce safety standards. ✔ ISA Certification or strong field experience preferred Operations & Leadership Roles Crew supervision, line clearance leadership, and field management. ✔ Prior leadership experience required What You'll Do Tree trimming & removals Storm / emergency response Operate chainsaws, chippers & aerial equipment Maintain clean, safe job sites Participate in safety training & briefings Work outdoors as part of a professional crew What We're Looking For Strong work ethic & reliability Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Comfortable working outdoors year-round Valid driver's license required
