What they do

A Tree Climber or Trimmer trims and prunes trees. Clears away excess branches near utility lines or over roads or sidewalks. Prunes dead or diseased tree limbs to improve the appearance and health of the tree. Uses rigging equipment and may work from a truck powered lift; uses chain saws and other power equipment.

What You'll Do Refill, recharge, and hydrotest fire extinguishers in our shop (climate-controlled) Inspect and install fire extinguishers at client sites Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair emergency lighting and exit signs Maintain clear documentation of your work using inspection software on an iPad Communicate with clients professionally and respectfully Grow into additional services as your skills develop Shop work is in air conditioning. Most field work is indoors with some outdoor work.
