The ideal candidate has experience safely removing and trimming trees, understands proper rigging techniques, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Cut, trim, and remove trees using chainsaws and professional equipment Perform tree removals using proper rigging and sectioning techniques Climb trees or operate bucket trucks to access work areas Safely lower limbs and sections in confined or hazardous locations Inspect and maintain equipment Work efficiently with crew members to complete jobs safely Required Qualifications Previous professional tree cutting and/or tree climbing experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic & a positive attitude Reliable, punctual & physically able to perform strenuous outdoor work Must prioritize safety and efficiency Benefits Hands-on training & career development Competitive pay ($20-$24/hour based on experience) Supportive work environment Why Join Magnolia State Arborists?
