We run clean, professional, safety-first operations, we work with good gear, and we pay for skill. If you live for the work, you will fit right in here. What you'll do Take down and prune trees safely and efficiently using sound climbing and rigging techniques Make smart calls in the canopy where it counts, with safety as the standard Set and run rigging in tight spots, working in rhythm with your ground crew Run chainsaws and gear cleanly and keep your equipment up to industry standards Lead and oversee other crew members ensuring safety protocols are adhered to and efficient work is performed in a timely manner Weekend and emergency/after hours work is required as needed Requirements Professional climbing and tree work experience (minimum 1 year) Comfortable working at height in all weather Solid with climbing systems, rigging, and chainsaw operation Experience operating bucket trucks, lifts and other equipment highly desired.
