Sesmas Tree Service is hiring climbers for our Charlotte crews, and we are looking for people who take real pride in the craft. We hire climbers two ways:

Full-time and part-time employees with a full benefits package and a clear path to grow. Contract climbers paid by the day. Already have a full-time job or run your own operation? We have weekend and per-day work that fits around your schedule. Pick up climbing days, get paid well, go home. What you'll do Take down and prune trees safely and efficiently using sound climbing and rigging technique Make smart calls in the canopy where it counts, with safety as the standard Set and run rigging in tight spots, working in rhythm with your ground crew Run chainsaws and gear cleanly and keep your equipment dialed in Help set the pace and the professionalism on every job site Pay $20 to $35 per hour depending on experience. Contract climbers paid by the day, rate based on experience. Benefits (employees) 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Requirements Clean driving record. We pull a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) since you may be driving company trucks, and excessive tickets or violations will disqualify you.
