Safely carry out pruning, tree removals, cabling and bracing, rigging, and root collar excavations using industry‑recognized techniques. Identify tree species and assist with basic tree risk and condition assessments. Maintain and operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and other tree‑care equipment in accordance with safety standards. Follow all company safety policies, participate in training, and promote a culture of safe work practices.

Qualifications :

Must have there own climbing Gear Passion for the outdoors, trees, and environmental work. At least one year of tree‑climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) in the tree care industry. Experience operating aerial lifts or bucket trucks is strongly preferred. Valid driver's license (Class B CDL is a plus but not required). Ability to work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions.
