Discover a more connected career At Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Tree Crew Foreman, you'll lead Tree Clearing crews, oversee equipment operations, and ensure project specifications and safety requirements are met. What you'll do Collect debris and from trimming and removal operations into piles using rakes, shovels, and/or forks Cut away dead or excess branches from trees, or clear branches around power and communication lines, using climbing equipment, or buckets of extended truck booms, while operating chainsaws, hand saws, or pruning equipment Load debris onto trucks in preparation for hauling away. Operate shredding and chipping equipment and feed limbs and brush into these machines. Remove broken limbs from utility wires using hooked extension poles. Trim, top, and reshape trees to achieve attractive shapes or to remove low-hanging branches Operate boom trucks, brush chippers/grinders, power saws, trucks, and other equipment typical to the tree maintenance industry. Will monitor all activity on job site to ensure procedures are followed for others engaged in tree trimming work for maximum efficiency and safety, as well as providing training as needed. What you'll need At least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States for this company Ability to brace, tie, and guide trees and branches to provide support Ability to sharpen, lubricate, and maintain tools and equipment Ability to climb trees using climbing hooks and climbing belt, or climb ladders to gain access to work area Must be able to demonstrate ability to supervise and assist in the activities of construction crew towards achieving production goals following customer guidelines and specifications Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally Have a valid CDL license Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
