The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality tree care and maintenance services. This role requires a good understanding of tree and landscape maintenance, and the ability to operate chainsaws, brush chipper and blowers. Must have transportation and valid DL. Initial paid probationary period required to assess skill sets and background. Duties Chipping limbs, raking up yards, running chainsaws. Conduct lawn care and landscape cleanup and maintenance to enhance overall property appearance. Assist in rigging operations for safe removal of large branches or entire trees. Maintain equipment, including tools used in tree service operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety on job sites. Experience Previous experience in tree trimming, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred, with at least 1 year of tree experience required. A background in horticulture or arboriculture is beneficial but not required. Mechanical aptitude a plus. Arborist certification a huge plus and will be considered for a pay bump. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): You agree to be available during emergency events or immediately after for tree services (i.e., after a hurricane, downed trees on structures). Do you understand this may require long days, evenings, and/or weekends? Do you understand this job requires active lifting of things over 50 pounds, walking, bending, standing, and outside during hot and cold weather? You should be in excellent physical and mental shape.
