We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Tree Workers/Groundsman to assist in various tree care operations. The specific responsibilities will vary depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities (May Include):

General Tree Care:

Assisting with tree pruning, trimming, and removals. Operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, and other tree related equipment. Ground work, including brush dragging, debris removal, and site cleanup. Properly rigging and lowering branches and logs.

Safety:

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE).

Teamwork:

Working effectively as part of a team. Communicating clearly with team members and clients.

Equipment Maintenance:

Basic maintenance of company tools and equipment. Ensuring tools are in safe working order. Qualifications (Vary by Level):

Entry-Level/Groundsman:

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license Reliable transportation. Proficiency in operating chainsaws and other power tools.
