Duties Safely climb and work at heights using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear to access tree canopies for pruning, trimming, or removal. Operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment to reach difficult or hazardous areas efficiently. Use rigging techniques to carefully lower large branches or entire trees during removal or pruning projects. Perform tree care activities including planting, pruning, shaping, and health assessments Conduct tree removal operations with precision, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding landscapes and structures. Apply arborist rigging techniques to secure and maneuver heavy limbs or sections during work. Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself, colleagues, clients, and the environment at all times. Requirements Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming and removals Experience operating bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other landscaping or tree maintenance equipment. Ability to perform rigging safely using arborist rigging techniques for complex removals. Must be experienced climbing without spikes. Must have experience with crane removals. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to climbing and aerial work at heights.Pay:
