Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tree & Bush Trimmer to manage the arboricultural and landscaping needs across our residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for pruning trees, shaping bushes and hedges, removing dead/hazardous limbs, felling trees, and ensuring all properties maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Ownership:

You must provide and maintain your own professional-grade equipment (chainsaws, hedge trimmers, pole pruners, hand tools, and basic PPE/safety gear).

Execution:

Safely operate your tools and heavy equipment (chippers, aerial lifts) to trim, prune, and remove trees, overgrown bushes, and brush.

Site Assessment:

Assess tree and shrub health, identifying diseased or structurally unsound overgrowth that poses a risk to property or power lines.

Site Cleanup:

Clear all debris, load/operate wood chippers, and ensure all job sites are left absolutely pristine.

Safety:

Adhere strictly to all OSHA and construction safety standards while working at heights or near electrical lines.

TECH & TOOL COMPLIANCE

We operate a modern, tech-driven company. In addition to providing your own physical tools for the trade, you must have a smartphone, be willing to use our app (Monday.com) to track your daily tasks, and upload before/after photos of your completed trimming and site cleanup before leaving the job site.
