What You Will Do Climb, prune, trim, and remove trees to industry safety standards Set rigging and run removals safely on tight, high-value estate properties Operate bucket trucks, lifts, chippers, and rigging equipment Assess tree health and flag hazards, decay, or disease before they become a problem Support specialty work including cabling and bracing and construction-phase tree protection Work in step with your ground crew to keep the job moving and the site safe Leave every property immaculate — on estate work, the cleanup is part of the job Maintain your climbing gear, saws, tools, and vehicles Follow all company safety protocols, every time, without exception Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime available during the busy season, plus storm response work. This is year-round employment, not seasonal. What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of tree climbing or closely related experience Working knowledge of pruning, trimming, and removal techniques Comfortable operating bucket trucks and setting rigging Solid grounding in tree care safety practices Able to identify common species and spot potential hazards Professional presence on client properties — our clients are discerning, and how you carry yourself matters Valid New York State driver's license (required) Able to commute to Southampton, NY (required) Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off Professional development and training support Advancement opportunities All safety equipment and PPE provided Year-round work Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Candidates must be able to:

Climb trees using ropes, saddle, and spurs, and work at height for extended periods Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and humidity Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work on uneven ground throughout the day Safely operate chainsaws and hand tools requiring grip strength and manual dexterity Maintain balance and spatial awareness while aloft Wear required personal protective equipment for the full shift Ready to Climb?
