In this energetic role, you will use your climbing skills, arborist knowledge, and outdoor experience to perform tree care, removal, pruning, and trimming tasks. Get paid at the end of every work day! Responsibilities Safely climb trees using rigging techniques and climbing gear to access difficult or high branches. Perform tree pruning, trimming, and plant care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Execute tree removal operations with precision using chainsaws, rigging equipment, and bucket trucks. Operate bucket trucks safely for elevated work tasks such as pruning or limb removal from ground level. Apply arborist rigging techniques to dismantle large or hazardous trees efficiently while minimizing impact on surroundings. Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities to protect yourself, colleagues, and the environment. Conduct lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture tasks as needed to support overall site maintenance. Experience Previous tree climbing work experience required. Hands-on experience with tree care procedures including trimming, pruning, rigging techniques, and tree removal. Familiarity with the use of chainsaws, bucket trucks, rigging gear, and other climbing equipment. Knowledge of arborist rigging techniques to safely dismantle large or complex trees. Understanding of safety protocols specific to climbing at heights and operating heavy equipment like bucket trucks, stump grinders and chippers.
