About Us Skyview Tree Care is a growing professional tree care company committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality tree services to residential and commercial customers. We take pride in our work, our team, and our commitment to safety. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Climber to join our crew. Position Summary The Climber is responsible for performing tree pruning, removals, and other tree care services using climbing and rigging techniques. This position requires working safely at heights, operating specialized equipment, and collaborating with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Climb trees using ropes, saddles, and other climbing equipment to perform pruning and removal work Safely dismantle trees using rigging techniques and aerial lift equipment when required Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other tree care equipment Inspect trees and identify hazards before beginning work Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations Maintain climbing gear, tools, and equipment in proper working condition Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and debris removal Provide professional customer service while on job sites Qualifications 2+ years of tree climbing experience preferred Experience with tree pruning, removals, and rigging techniques preferred Knowledge of proper climbing equipment and safety practices Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 lbs. or more Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Valid driver's license required ISA certifications or willingness to obtain certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Paid training and professional development opportunities Safety-focused work environment Modern equipment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume or contact Skyview Tree Care at 330-462-1652 or Skyviewtreecare@yahoo.com to learn more about this opportunity.
