Job Duties Ensure that all crew members follow company safety policies and procedures Work in trees to perform general tree care including pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection and tree removals Use proper pruning techniques; assisting in process of trimming trees, clearing and chipping tree debris, and disposing of tree debris Ensure that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and properly marked so that the public will be safe from falling debris Maintain climbing gear and tree care equipment to be sure that all equipment and tools are safe and in working order for high quality and safe service Qualifications Good people skills; self-motivated Love of the outdoors Climbing experience (2+ years)
Required:
Valid driver's license Regional plant and horticulture knowledge Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, and industry approved tree care practices

$30.00 - $44.00 per hour
