This position is for a skilled climber — not a trainee. You must be confident in removals, advanced rigging, and production pruning. What You'll Be Doing Performing technical tree removals and precision pruning Executing advanced rigging and controlled lowering Evaluating tree structure and identifying risk factors Leading ground crew during climbing operations Operating saws and aerial equipment safely Responding to storm and emergency calls when required Maintaining gear, ropes, saws, and climbing systems What We're Looking For Demonstrated professional tree climbing experience Strong rigging and felling knowledge Active driver's license Ability to communicate clearly with crew and homeowners Safety-focused mindset Leadership potential CDL and/or ISA certification = higher starting pay.
