Responsibilities Operate our mobile aerial lift to access high branches efficiently and securely. Safely ascend trees using climbing gear and rigging techniques to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks. Implement arborist rigging techniques for controlled tree dismantling or branch removal, ensuring safety for team members and property. Conduct tree removal projects with precision, including stump grinding and debris cleanup following industry best practices. Apply plant pruning care principles to promote healthy growth, structure, and aesthetics of trees and shrubs. Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards. Skills Proven experience in outdoor work environments with a focus on arboriculture. Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, planting, and disease management. Skilled in arborist rigging techniques for safe tree removal or branch management. Proficient in operating bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other aerial or ground-based equipment safely. Ability to perform plant pruning care that encourages healthy growth while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of safety protocols related to climbing gear, rigging equipment, chainsaw operation, and aerial lifts. Ability to work with a highly experienced and talented crew.
