Job Description

GROUNDSKEEPER SUMMARY

Deer Run Golf Club, was founded in 1971. It is an 18-hole course, partially surrounded by the beautiful Lake Tawakoni. It is one of the most scenic golf courses in Texas. It is just 51 miles East of downtown Dallas. The new management has significantly improved the golf course and it is now one of the fastest growing golf courses in the DFW area. This is a contract position with the potential to become a full-time or part-time position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Ø Tree service work experience of minimum 2 years. Ø Valid Driver's License. Ø Bucket truck experience of 1 year.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Taking down dead trees Ø Prune trees throughout the golf course Ø Mulch brushes Ø Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and chain-saws Ø Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge and brush trimmers Ø Performs other duties as assigned or required.
