Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Mom helper, Caretaker to assist a busy family with daily childcare, household tasks, and caregiving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and experienced in providing personalized care in a private home setting. Your efforts will help my family maintain a balanced and happy household while ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Responsibilities Assist with childcare duties including feeding, diapering, bathing, and engaging children in age-appropriate activities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Maintain a clean and organized household through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety at all times Work with children with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored caregiving strategies Support parents with babysitting duties during evenings or weekends as needed Qualifications Proven experience working with children in private home childcare settings or as a nanny Prior experience caring for infants, toddlers, and multiple children simultaneously Knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, preschool activities, and toddler development Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong skills in cleaning, meal preparation, and household organization Ability to provide personal transportation assistance reliably and safely Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives while supporting busy families!
