Lead Tree Climber / Crew Foreman Mission City Arbor Group - San Antonio, TX $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates! Join a Team That Takes Pride in Professional Tree Care Mission City Arbor Group is one of the fastest-growing tree care companies in South Texas, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Tree Climber / Crew Foreman to help lead our crews and continue building a reputation for exceptional workmanship, safety, and customer service. This is not an entry-level climbing position. We're looking for a leader who is confident in technical removals, precision pruning, rigging, and running an efficient crew while maintaining the highest safety standards. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a professional tree crew on residential and commercial projects. Perform technical tree removals, precision pruning, and advanced rigging operations. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to ANSI industry standards. Train and mentor crew members. Communicate professionally with customers when needed. Perform daily equipment and safety inspections. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional tree climbing experience Previous experience leading a tree crew Extensive experience with technical rigging and large tree removals Strong knowledge of proper pruning practices and climbing techniques Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to producing exceptional work What We Offer $25-$35+ per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates Full-time, year-round employment Overtime opportunities Modern trucks, equipment, and climbing gear Supportive leadership that values safety and quality Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Work alongside an ISA Certified Arborist Professional, team-oriented work environment Sign-On Bonus Qualified candidates are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus , paid after successfully completing the introductory employment period and remaining in good standing.
