Fully onsite with site visits Position Summary Tree Climber Position is for workers to preform tree pruning, removals, and clean up. You will be working alongside other tree climbers and other crew members outside everyday; driving trucks and backing up trailers, removals, pruning, crane work, and other tree care tasks. We are a production tree care team that specializes in hazard tree removal as the premier tree service for both King and Pierce Counties on-call emergency tree service. Learning all things tree, ISA, TCIA, and all new tree care aspects; being able to then use this information to educate clients in order to maximize client happiness and open new areas of revenue. Aligning yourself with the success of the company, when we succeed, you succeed. Objectives Conduct yourself in a professional and clean manner, be respectable. Engage with crew members to problem. Preform all tree service task without damages, call-backs, negative engagements with crew, clients, or members of the public. Maintain and inventory required tree equipment to preform daily work. Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients. Become proficient with all equipment, machinery, and tools that are used by the company, including basic maintenance and operations. Stay informed on the latest techniques and tools / technology to effectively preform and sell tree care. Consistently meet or exceed daily performance metrics. Competencies Ability to understand customer needs and tailor tree care work accordingly. Ability to climb safely and efficiently without harm to persons or property. Ability to climb without spikes (SRT) and preform tree work to

pruning. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various management levels and clients. Proven ability to build and maintain a dynamic work environment. A sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in driving vehicles, operating equipment, knots, ropes, rigging, and tree care tools and techniques. Ability to make move organic debris all day in all weather conditions. Read and write English. Must be willing and able to complete company required personal growth tasks. Reading educational books during onboarding and after, going to the gym at least 5 times per month, utilizing and mastering online and in-person training requirements during onboarding and after. Familiarity with Product and Pricing guides and staying current on any changes. Maintain a positive demeanour and provide calm, accurate responses to customer inquiries. Maintain all required equipment and gear needed for whatever your role is to include. Education and Experience GED or high school diploma preferred At least 1 year tree experience preferred but not required ISA credential is required or the ability to become certified within 24 months of employment.

Uncapped Commission Potential:
