The ideal candidate is an experienced arborist who takes pride in quality workmanship, prioritizes safety, and works well as part of a professional tree-care crew. Responsibilities Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, trimming, and removals Safely operate chainsaws and arboricultural equipment Perform rope and rigging operations for controlled lowering Identify tree, equipment, and job-site hazards Follow safe climbing and rigging procedures Communicate effectively with the ground crew Maintain and inspect climbing, rigging, and personal protective equipment Assist with maintaining a clean and organized job site Provide professional service while working on residential and commercial properties Qualifications ISA Certified Tree Worker - Climber Specialist preferred Professional tree-climbing experience required Strong climbing, rigging, pruning, and removal skills Experience operating chainsaws safely Strong understanding of tree and job-site hazards Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Pay $35-$45 per hour, based on experience, certifications, climbing ability, and technical skills.
