This position will be responsible for assisting in daily operations at our small town company. Depending on the time of year and the applicants fit within the company; you may be assigned to mowing, landscaping, chemical applications, tree work, landscape maintenance, snow removal or any other service we offer. Candidates must have strong organization skills and the ability to complete paperwork. Candidates should also possess good leadership and communication skills. Although not immediately offered with employment, additional benefits and advancement within the company are definite possibilities for the right candidate. The leading requirement for this job is a strong work ethic. Potential employees at D&D will be expected to provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customer's and management's expectations. The employee will also be expected to show great attention to detail and effectively communicate. Additionally, all potential applicants must have a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will be expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. All applicants are expected to posses the ability to learn and perform the many duties involved with lawn care, landscaping, tree work and snow removal. We are willing to train the right person, but some experience in one of these fields or in a field that is closely related is a huge plus. A valid driver's license along with a High School diploma or equivalent is also required.
