Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Agriculture Mechanic, where you will be the go-to expert for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of farm machinery and industrial equipment. Your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring that all machinery performs at peak efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Your mechanical skills and dedication will directly contribute to the success of our farming operations and equipment longevity. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and tillage equipment using OEM schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and air brake systems to prevent breakdowns Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, and power tools to meet specific operational needs Conduct heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers safely and efficiently Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues quickly and accurately Replace or repair tires, brakes, alignments, HVAC components, and other critical vehicle parts to ensure safety standards are met Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and follow safety protocols during all repair activities Skills Proven dealership experience with farm machinery or industrial equipment is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tractor-trailers Skilled in fabrication techniques such as welding and soldering; familiar with schematics for troubleshooting electrical or hydraulic systems Extensive experience with diesel engine repair, brake systems, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension components, and air brakes Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic software, and OEM service manuals for precise repairs Ability to read technical schematics accurately and apply them during diagnostics or repairs Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and timely problem resolution Capable of heavy lifting safely while performing maintenance or repairs on large equipment Join us as an Agriculture Mechanic if you're passionate about machinery maintenance and eager to keep vital farm operations moving forward. Pay:
