Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties
• Manage medical office paperwork and clerical tasks
• Utilize computer skills to handle various office tasks

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
