Position Summary:

The AI Solution Engineer designs and delivers AI‑powered solutions that address specific business needs and operational challenges. This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and enablement teams to translate use cases into production‑ready AI capabilities using approved enterprise platforms and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions aligned to business requirements Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Implement AI features using approved platforms, tools, and architectural patterns Collaborate with governance and architecture teams to ensure compliance and consistency Support proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments Measure solution effectiveness and iterate based on outcomes and feedback

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in application development or [CY1] solution engineering Experience integrating AI or automation capabilities into business applications Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder collaboration skills Understanding of secure, scalable software development practices

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience delivering LLM‑based solutions, copilots, or intelligent automation Knowledge of agentic frameworks and control planes.
