A&P License Preferred (Not Required) About the Role We are seeking skilled Aircraft Mechanics (A&P) to join our growing maintenance team in Millington, TN. In this role, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on Boeing 737, Airbus, and ERJ aircraft. Key Responsibilities Perform line and base maintenance on commercial aircraft including Boeing 737, Airbus A320 family, and Embraer ERJ series Execute scheduled maintenance checks (A, B, C checks) per approved maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system anomalies including hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics, and electrical systems Remove and install aircraft components, landing gear, flight control surfaces, and engine accessories Perform operational tests and functional checks on aircraft systems post-maintenance Complete all maintenance documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and airline procedures Ensure all work meets or exceeds airworthiness standards Support QA/inspection team during sign-off procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience on commercial platforms Experience with large commercial aircraft: Boeing 737, Airbus, or ERJ series Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex aircraft systems Ability to read and interpret AMM, IPC, and aircraft maintenance documentation Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Physically able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate — preferred but NOT required Type-specific experience on Boeing 737 Classic or Next Generation (NG) series Experience in an FAA Part 145 MRO environment Knowledge of AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent maintenance tracking software Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$45.00/hr — commensurate with experience and certifications Full-time, direct hire opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays Career growth and type rating training opportunities We are interviewing candidates immediately.
