What they do

A Military Specialist operates and maintains vehicles and mechanical equipment pertinent to mission success, whether on the sea, land or in the air. May monitor communication, detection, or weapons systems during operations. Interprets and evaluates tactical situations, making recommendations to supervisors. May operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch systems whether during combat or peacetime. In addition to their combat training, they have also specialized training in swimming, diving, parachuting, survival, emergency medicine, and foreign languages. Duties include conducting advanced reconnaissance operations and collecting intelligence information; recruiting, training, and equipping friendly forces; conducting raids and invasions on enemy territories; laying and detonating explosives for demolition targets; locating, identifying, defusing, and disposing of ordnance; and operating and maintaining sophisticated communications equipment.

Commands, and FCC counterparts. Assess future force synchronization charts and synchronize Army Aviation modernization efforts. Support planning, prioritization, management, integration, and administration across the Directorate. Coordinate and integrate Directorate responses and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Advise
ACM/CEAD
Directors and synchronize modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise aligned with the Army Modernization Strategy.
Minimum / Preferred
Qualifications In-depth understanding of integrated scheduling processes. Working knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases. Ability to coordinate across HQDA, T2COM, FCC, A-FCD, and Army Aviation Enterprise stakeholders. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to produce senior-level synchronization, planning, and decision-support products. TS/SCI clearance required according to the submitted position description. Expected Products / Work Outputs Synchronization charts and modernization alignment products. Directorate response packages, tasking inputs, and action tracking materials. IPT support products, decision papers, briefings, read-aheads, and coordination artifacts.
