All Shipping Positions - Clerk, Lead and Manager

SHIPPING TEAM

(Clerk, Lead, and Manager) Paragon Communications Inc. is a market leader in re-manufactured electronics, managed services, supply chain and distribution of new and re-manufactured technology for the IT and Communications industry. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Shipping Team at multiple levels: Shipping Clerk, Shipping Lead, and Shipping Manager. These roles work collaboratively to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of goods to customers and partners.

Shipping Clerk Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product specifications Label packages and generate shipping documentation Operate shipping systems and basic warehouse equipment Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues Follow safety procedures and company policies Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and time management

Qualifications:

1+ years of warehouse/shipping experience required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and time management

Shipping Lead Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shipping operations and workflow coordination Assign tasks and monitor the performance of Shipping Clerks Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies Train new team members on processes and systems Communicate with other departments (inventory, customer service, etc.) Assist with hands-on shipping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience required Leadership or supervisory experience required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and time management Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems

Shipping Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall shipping operations, strategy, and performance Develop and implement efficient shipping processes and policies Supervise Shipping Leads and team members across shifts Monitor (accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity) Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Train new team members on processes and systems Communicate with other departments (inventory, customer service, etc.) Assist with hands-on shipping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse management experience required Proven leadership and team management skills required Strong analytical and decision-making abilities required Experience with warehouse management systems and shipping platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join Us? Pay:
