Elevating the Standard of Dog Care. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and compassionate Dog Groomer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about dogs, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality grooming services while ensuring every dog has a positive experience. Responsibilities Perform full grooms, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling Trim nails, clean ears, and provide other basic hygiene services Communicate with pet parents regarding grooming preferences and coat condition Identify and report skin issues, matting, lumps, or other concerns Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs throughout the grooming process Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with clients Qualifications Professional dog grooming experience required Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types Strong scissoring and clipper skills Patience and confidence handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Excellent attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Must provide your own grooming tools, including clippers, scissors, and brushes Must be available to work Saturdays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus tips Employee discounts on services and products Supportive team environment Modern, upscale grooming facility Flexible scheduling Established client base with strong growth potential Why Join The Posh Pup?
