Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay :

Flexible Schedule :

Ability to work 3-4 days per week with shifts typically starting around 11:00am Incentives and Bonuses available based on performance, safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate and navigate a company-provided delivery van to complete scheduled deliveries. Load and unload packages efficiently, with the ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Use handheld devices (provided) to navigate delivery routes, scan packages, and communicate with supervisors and customers. Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers during deliveries. Ensure vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and efficient condition; perform basic vehicle inspections. Follow all safety protocols on and off the road, especially during inclement weather. Resolve on-the-road problems using strong problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

Age :

Must be 21 years of age or older

License :

Valid U.S. Driver's License (CDL not required) Ability to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 50 lbs safely Ability to work in varying weather conditions Complete physical tasks, including walking up stairs and moving packages. Strong communication skills with customers and team members. Ability to operate a delivery vehicle (van) safely and efficiently Prior delivery experience preferred but not required Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible with work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when required Why Join Guardian Express?
