A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Physicians and CRNAs work together to deliver top-notch care, with a case mix including general, OB, ortho, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and GI cases. We foster a strong culture of mutual respect and teamwork, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible anesthesiologists. Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

We offer various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099. Nocturnist position is Monday - Friday with 12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with CRNAs to deliver top-notch care in a 465-bed, not-for-profit hospital. The hospital's case mix includes general, OB, ortho, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and GI cases. Enhance the perioperative experience for patients through collaborative teamwork. Living and Working in

Compensation:

Expected annual compensation ranges from $540k to $592k plus a quality bonus with a $50k sign-on.
