  • Provide equitable access and culturally responsive instruction to all students, including students with disabilities, English learners, and historically underserved populations
  • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners
  • Promote ethical decision-making and professionalism reflective of public service careers
  • Support student participation in SkillsUSA and leadership development opportunities
  • Supervise and evaluate students in cooperative education placements in accordance with Chapter 74 regulations (if applicable).Professional Responsibilities-Participate in Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings with law enforcement, legal, and public safety professionals
  • Collaborate with academic faculty to ensure MassCore alignment
  • Maintain required DESE documentation and Chapter 74 compliance materials
  • Engage in ongoing professional development aligned with MA DESE Standards II (Teaching All Students) and IV (Professional Culture)
  • Develop partnerships with local police departments, courts, emergency management agencies, and public safety organizations to expand work-based learning opportunities.
