District Overview Kiewit Business Services is a cross-functional organization allowing growth and movement across different business services. Location This position is currently based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 7700 Eastpoint Parkway, La Vista, NE. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting. Responsibilities Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoicesProcess a high volume of workflows with accuracyReview vendor invoices for link to purchase ordersEnsure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is completeProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; understand Kiewit's core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business critical issuesFollow processes, procedures and internal controlsIdentify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the departmentReliable and consistent attendanceComplete good receiptsWork with procurement departmentSupport and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvementQualifications BS Degree in Business or accounting or related field preferredWorking knowledge of computers and experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordExperience working with AP functions and or invoice processingEffective verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys messages and ideas, gains understanding; generates interest and holds attention, listens and is open to the ideas of othersHighly motivated and self-directed; initiative and a sense of urgency to get things doneAttention to detail with ability to recognize discrepancies; ability to spot and anticipate problems and seek solutionsExcellent analytical, math and organization skillsAbility to understand both functional and end-to-end processes and controlsExcellent organization and time management skills; ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned workExcellent customer service and collaboration skills; ability to connect and build relationships with others inside and outside the organizationAbility to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high volume environmentAbility to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
