A/P Specialist

Typical ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices)Manage vendor setup and maintenance, including W-9 collectionPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire paymentsReconcile accounts payable subledger to general ledgerRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close, including accruals and reportingEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policiesSupport audits by providing AP documentation and analysis
