Typical ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting for assigned property portfolio(s)Prepare and review monthly financial statements for propertiesHandle month-end close, including journal entries and accralsPerform bank reconciliations and account reconciliationsTrack and analyze operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, and tenant activityWork closely with property managers on budgeting and variance analysisAssist with annual budgets and forecastsSupport year-end audit and tax preparation processesMaintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate rent rolls
