These roles support a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and professional services. Typical ResponsibilitiesGenerate and process customer invoices accurately and timelyApply cash receipts, ACH, wire, and credit card paymentsPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer ledgersMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesConduct collections outreach while maintaining strong client relationshipsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and disputesAssist with month-end close, including reporting and reconciliationsPartner with internal teams (sales, customer service) to resolve issuesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
