This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the first impression and overall resident experience every single day. 🌟

What You'll Be Doing:

Maintaining grounds and curb appeal to keep the property looking clean and inviting Cleaning and upkeep of common areas (hallways, breezeways, amenities, etc.) Assisting with trash removal and general site cleanliness Supporting the maintenance team as needed Identifying and addressing areas that need attention—taking pride in every detail ✅
