Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an App Usability Tester . In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the user-friendliness and overall experience of various mobile applications, providing critical feedback to enhance their intuitiveness, navigation, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across a range of mobile applications. Identify and document user pain points, navigation difficulties, and design inconsistencies with clarity. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve app usability and user engagement. Ensure mobile apps are intuitive and efficient for diverse user groups and scenarios. Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on usability findings and suggested enhancements.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and an innate understanding of user behavior and mobile app interaction. Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various app types and platforms (iOS/Android). Prior experience in usability testing, user research, or a related QA role is preferred. Reliable internet connection and access to a mobile device.
