In this role, you will be responsible for critically evaluating the entire user experience of web applications, focusing on user journeys, information architecture, and overall usability to provide actionable feedback for creating intuitive and satisfying digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across various web applications, covering key user flows and tasks. Identify and document any friction points, confusing navigation, or frustrating interactions within the web app experience. Provide strategic recommendations to product managers and UX designers to optimize user journeys and improve overall satisfaction. Conduct heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs to anticipate user needs and potential usability issues. Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on web-app UX observations and strategic improvements.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user experience principles and web design best practices. Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various web application types and user behaviors. Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or product quality assurance for web applications is highly valued.
