Appliance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) Accurately identify parts needed for repairs Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Maintain part inventory Document service calls and collect payment when required Deliver excellent customer service at every appointment Qualifications 1+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred but not required) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong communication and customer service skills EPA certification (or willing to get) Must have a reliable personal vehicle for service calls Must maintain active auto insurance coverage What We Offer Competitive pay ($1,200/week even if under 40 hours, never more than 40 hours) Performance, birthday, and Holiday bonuses Paid time off Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Monday-Friday Jobs can be scheduled as early as 8am-10am and as late as 3pm-5pm Maximum 6 jobs per day We look forward to meeting motivated technicians ready to grow with our company.
