Job Summary Busy medical office seeking a dependable, professional appointment scheduler to join our team. Responsibilities Schedule, confirm and reschedule office appointments as needed Answer phones and assist patients courteously Maintain accurate scheduling records Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth daily operations Skills Must be dependable and punctual - must come to work consistently Strong communication, listening and organizational skills needed Ability to multitask in a busy office setting Must be able to work independently and as a team Medical office experience preferred, but would be willing to train the right candidate
