From there, your pay & career will continue to grow as you learn more brush & abrasive product making skills across various departments. There are opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or to grow into a maintenance role. We also value the experience our hourly co-workers gain on the manufacturing floor and promote from within to other professional roles. Basic Measurement Skills Ability to Speak & Read in English Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift. Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection. Must be 18 years of age
