What You'll Do:

Install glass products: shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, and windows Assist with storefront and curtain wall installation Fabricate metal and prepare materials for job sites Learn industry techniques from experienced glaziers

What We're Looking For:

Must reside in Fairfield , New Haven , or Litchfield County , CT Physically able to deadlift 100 lbs to waist height Excellent physical condition Strong math and measurement skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn English-speaking and reading required Ability to work for extended periods of time with sustained concentration and minimal disruption. Non-smoking during work hours (allowed during lunch break, 25 ft from site) Preferred Experience (not required): Glass installation: 1 year Carpentry or construction: 1-2 years Comfortable with physical labor Use of hand and power tools
