What You'll Do Assist with mechanical tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians Work directly around aircraft , helping with basic repairs, inspections, and shop support Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, adjustments, and basic assembly work Learn diagnostic skills to identify issues and support troubleshooting Support shop operations including organization, cleaning, and equipment prep Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Document work completed as part of your training and development What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined — you enjoy taking things apart, fixing, building, or working with tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn every day Strong work ethic and reliability Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed Ability to pass a background check and drug screening No prior aviation experience required. No certifications required.
