As an Aquatics Team Leader/Supervisor , you'll have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of swim instructors while ensuring that our students are learning in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. What You'll Do:

Lead a team of enthusiastic swim instructors who are just as passionate about aquatics as you are! Ensure water safety and compliance in all classes. Mentor and develop new instructors, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations with a focus on creating a fun, empowering experience for both instructors and students. Build a team-oriented culture that celebrates teamwork, growth, and personal development.

What You'll Bring:

1-3 years of leadership or management experience (aquatics, coaching, or youth sports preferred). A desire for a long-term career in aquatics and education. Enthusiasm for working with children and empowering others to succeed. A commitment to building a strong, supportive team culture. Ability to work in water for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Little Otter Swim School?
