Arcade Attendant for Terrell Theatre

Summary of Position:

Assist customers with Arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties Help guest with redeeming points for prizes Let customers know point balance on their cards Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE. Keeps area clean during and after customers are in arcade Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly Notify management of any games needing repaired or issues with card kiosks Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
