This role requires a detail-oriented Architect with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a proactive Project Manager who can confidently oversee consultant coordination, client communication, construction documentation, and project delivery while maintaining design quality and schedule expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare and commercial architecture projects from planning through construction Lead project teams and coordinate consultants throughout all project phases Prepare and oversee construction documents using Revit Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations Apply building code knowledge to project documentation and coordination Participate in client meetings and project presentations Mentor junior staff and support team collaboration Coordinate project deliverables and construction administration activities Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in architecture and/or project management Accredited degree in Architecture Licensure or actively pursuing licensure preferred Healthcare project experience preferred but not required Advanced Revit proficiency required Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines Experience coordinating consultants and client relationships Ideal Background This role is ideal for an experienced Architect ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities or an established Project Manager seeking a long-term opportunity with a respected architecture practice in Houston.
